Zalakeramia-ZTE KK tabs Dmytro Gliebov, ex Dnipro

Zalakeramia-ZTE KK (A Division) inked 30-year old Ukrainian ex-international swingman Dmytro Gliebov (198-104kg-88). He played most recently at BK Dnipro in Ukrainian Superleague. In 35 games he averaged 12.7ppg, 4.7rpg, 4.5apg and 1.2spg last season. Gliebov helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. A very good season in his career as he was selected to All-Ukrainian Superleague Honorable Mention, All-Star Game and League Player of the Week. Gliebov also played 2 games in FIBA Europe Cup where he had 8.5ppg, 3.0rpg and 2.0apg.
The previous (16-17) season Gliebov played at Kryvbas (also in Superleague). In 14 games he recorded 11.5ppg, 3.9rpg, 3.3apg and 1.8spg. He contributed to his team winning the Cup and make to league semifinals. It was a very successful season in his career as he was selected to Ukrainian Superleague All-Defensive Team.
Among other achievements Gliebov won Ukrainian Superleague championship title in 2012. He received also All-Ukrainian SL Favorit Sport Player of the Year award and All-Ukrainian SL Favorit Sport Defensive Player of the Year award in 2016.
Gliebov was also a member of Ukrainian international program for some years. He played for Ukrainian Senior National Team between 2009 and 2016 and previously for U20 National Team between 2007 and 2008.
Gliebov also represented Ukraine at the Qualifications to European Championships 2017 two years ago.
He has played also professionally in Latvia (Barons Riga), Ukraine (Mykolaiv, Politekhnik and BC Donetsk) and Russia (Ruskon Mordovia).
